POWDER COATING

To protect metal products from corrosion and extend their service life in industry and everyday life, the powder coating method is most often used. This is a method of applying a polymer coating with special equipment followed by its heat treatment in a polymerization chamber at a temperature of 180-220°C.

Our company offers services for high-quality and qualified powder coating of parts and products. All work is performed by specialists who have undergone special training and have the appropriate skills and experience. We use only high-quality raw materials for painting. We select the color and type of paint at the request of the Customer.

Dimensions of the painting chamber (WxHxD):

small camera – 1.5 x 2.7 x 2.3 (m);
middle chamber – 1.5 x 2.7 x 4.9 (m); large chamber – 1.5 x 2.7 x 7.4 (m).

The weight of the equipment to be painted is up to 1 ton.
