Laser cutting

Before starting the production of any metal product, its component parts must first be cut.

To perform these services, our company uses a modern method of metal processing – laser cutting, which allows you to quickly and safely obtain the necessary result. At the same time, the control of laser cutting is carried out with the help of numerical software control – CNC, which also guarantees high cutting accuracy.

Unitechnologies-UEY company performs laser cutting of metals on the TrumpfTruLaser 3030 machine, which allows you to cut parts of any geometry and complexity, perform artistic and shaped cutting.

The maximum size of the sheet that we cut is 3000 mm x 1500 mm

We work with the following types of sheet metal:

– black steel – up to 16 mm;

– stainless steel – up to 16 mm;

– aluminum – up to 8 mm.

Technological gases for cutting:

nitrogen;
oxygen.

At the sheet metal processing station, we can polish the part, apply satin, or process it with small glass balls (glass blasting), which will give the product an aesthetic appearance.

Powder coating.

Cameras for painting large-sized products are installed at the enterprise. This makes it possible to ensure uniform application of paint and obtain the desired texture and structure of the product after painting.

Laser engraving.

At the request of the Customer, we apply the necessary text or drawing to the product. The applied elements are characterized by high stability and durability.

Delivery of products.

The presence of a large vehicle fleet at the enterprise allows for prompt delivery of goods. Our drivers can either pick up the Customer’s metal for cutting or deliver ready-made products to the Customer. It is also possible to send goods across Ukraine through delivery services.

Calculation.

Payment for the services provided can be made in cash or by non-cash payment with VAT. We carry out both small (from UAH 50) and large orders (from UAH 50,000 with the conclusion of a contract).
