Industrial ladders made of stainless steel are designed for use in commercial facilities with heavy loads and high hygiene requirements. There are many options for the execution of industrial ladders depending on the field of application: with different gratings, mounting dimensions, throughput, location and diameters of releases.

The structure and height of the floor, as well as the waterproofing layer, play an important role in choosing the type of ladder. We offer 4 types of ladder housing for different floor structures:

– single-body trapezoids with a fixed height are convenient for quick installation in any type of poured floor (concrete, polymer cement, epoxy, polyurethane, etc.) or with a tile coating;

– two-body ladders can be connected independently, connected to stainless steel channels in any floor structures, in particular with a waterproofing layer. ASO industrial ladders can have a vertical or horizontal release.

Advantages:

– easy cleaning and disinfection due to rounded internal corners and the absence of protruding welds;

– long service life of the product;

– the standard filling of the ribs of the ladders serves for additional strength and hygiene;

– a wide selection of gratings for all types of objects and load classes;

– anti-slip grates – for safe use;

– low installation height;

– simple height adjustment and reliable fixation when using two-body ladders;

– high speed of installation of single-body ladders;

– the possibility of connection with a waterproofing layer;

– the possibility of drainage from the waterproofing layer;

– can be used with all types of floor covering, including vinyl.
